Are you tired of running on that hamster wheel of yo-yo dieting and overeating until you feel uncomfortable because your waistband is eating into your waist?
Feeling shame for eating a whole bag of regular sized chips, a pint of ice cream, a whole chocolate bar?
I understand I've been there. I was running until exhaustion on that hamster wheel for most of 20's and 30's. It was one diet after another. Until one day I had enough. I couldn't take the guilt of secretly eating bags of chips and ice cream on rotation and then working out to 'burn' all of what I ate.
I found a way to live in a loving and balanced relationship with food. Organically finding a way to eat, move my body, and nourish my soul. I want to share my learnings with those that want to feel that freedom I so craved back when I would go to different supermarkets to purchase my bags of chips, cookies and ice cream. I felt shame and embarrassment thinking that the cashiers would find out my dirty secret.

Brain To Belly Coaching is about guiding the client to find, connect and embrace their true natural selves utilizing the concept that the Brain and the Belly as well as the rest of us are all connected. By re-wiring our brains, celebrating and through repetition we can change who we are.
